Overview

The Heating Hub supports customers in the domestic heating market and actively campaigns to improve standards and choices for consumers across the sector. Its interest in flow temperatures is part of its aim to save 15 million households gas, cash and carbon.

The Heating Hub developed a number of resources for consumers to use. These included an instructional video, a text-based walkthrough and a leaflet for users to download.

Alongside the advice on flow temperatures, it provides further resources around boiler efficiency to build consumer understanding of their heating system.
