Overview

In April 2022, Nesta collaborated with energy advice app Loop to encourage their users to change their boiler settings.

Loop sent an email campaign to 3,500 users. The email explained the benefits of lowering flow temperatures and linked to online step-by-step instructions created by Nesta.

Six hundred Loop users clicked to view the instructions. Loop directed those who had completed the online instructions to a more detailed blog post. You can view the Loop blog here.

The primary focus of this pilot was to test the effectiveness of the online instructions and to collect feedback.
